Don't need the Spanish at $2, this will be $2 in 6 months or so, as I keep saying.
Ferovial also wanted jholland for next to nothing and Leightons knocked them back.
A jump from 1.95 to $2 means they are not serious. They have no established set up in Aust and will need to purchase some company with credible operations in construction and services.
$2.50 is a good starting price.
