"NuSep has acknowledged ASIC's concerns and that they are reasonably held. Additionally, the Undertaking notes specifically that the conduct took place prior to 2012 and the appointment of the current board. In the course of the period after the matters under investigation there have been significant change to the composition of the Board of Directors of NuSep. This followed the resignation of the Executive Chairman and Managing Director in November 2013 and the appointment of new directors."


In the course of the period after the matters under investigation haven't there also been some significant changes to the composition of the asset structure of NuSep, insofar as the former directors have now assumed control of the recently privatized NuSep subsidiary companies?
