Russia is a net exporter.
But like I said, even if restrictions come into play, it'll only be 2-3Mmt.
The other thing I'm starting to hear is that Ukraine fert/chem bookings are pretty reasonable at this stage, which bodes well for that unknown Ukrainian supply for next season.
