Agreed, the consolidation is a disaster for existing shareholders, as they always are. Nobody will invest in Van and the capital raising will be a complete failure, the Plutonic Dome will be back in Dampier hands by April.

As with many of these small miners it is unbelievable that charlatans like Zhu gain control of these companies, Dampier was also subject to appalling bad management and now there are no finances left for the new management to take the company forward.

The pity is that many of these companies are extremely viable when run correctly, shareholders are constantly undermined (sorry) by management not fit to run a company.
