An in-ground resource has no worth until the exploitation of it can be proven. Modern extraction techniques don't prove anything.
OBL will continue to be sold down because management have not proven up anything.
My gut feeling is that management are not in any hurry to get to the flow testing stage because of what might be the outcome.
Increasing resources reports, independent reports, how impressive...............management think were all fools.
