Linchpin has a non binding heads of agreement with AQC on the funding and development of South Clermont. This deal was signed in February so could be forgiven for thinking expired, however I'm told that representatives of Linchpin attended the recent AGM. can't imagine they would waste their time attending unless deal was still on foot. In any case have heard a deal is imminent , however the devil will be in the detail. I would expect any cash injection to see immediate uptick in AQC price as removes need for Lind. I will be buying more as soon as I know Lind facility is on ice.
