    speculator...because IMO AYC only want Maldon..and given ORS are in a perilous position and an 88% rights shortfall..they have little choice...i would have rather seen 5.1 million...not the equivelant in AYC shares...sheesh...the jewel of the ORS crown is being traded for 5.1 million worth of AYC shares...all IMO
