I have some of these guys and have been looking to increase my holding.
I like the solid model and the geographic diversity plus we are all getting older ......
I am holidaying at the moment (driving around VIC) and saw the TV report that they are down 6.6% so had a bit of a look.
My sell price is still some way below the current price, so am thinking that here is a great opportunity to increase my stake.
Bearing in mind that I am on holidays, can anyone see the folly in my thinking - I have not read anything more than this thread - lazy, yes, trusting in you blokes giving me an honest response, yes.
