Cottee wanted to come to the table to iron problems of this exact nature.He was trying to be responsible and productive....but now we have to wait at least double the time again because of SGL wouldn't even return calls.Unbelieveable.

I'm not really if I can make it any simpler or can I SMD since you seem to be the simple one.
