Yes I am positive. Based on FY15 estimated they are trading at around 15.5x cash NPAT. That is a lot cheaper than other financial / IT companies. They are not the bargain they were but I still see upside over the next 6 - 12 months. With debt almost fully paid off I see scope for an increased dividend payout. I also like the offshore earnings as I expect the AUD will continue to fall.
Can they crack the US and Asia? I don't know. I try not to predict such things. So far their overseas strategy is working well. All I can do is observe their progress from period to period and make that judgement as it plays out.
I am very much a forward PE type of investor. What is the estimated forward PE for the next reporting period? What growth does that represent? From there I decide whether to buy, sell or hold. Well it's a little more detailed than that but that's the basics of it!
