u308 - the west australian n/paper march 11th,2006 Very positive snippet in Saturday's West (11-03-2006 Pge. 75) re Giralia as follows:

    QUOTE:- 'RUMOUR OF THE DAY'

'Word in the market is that Giralia Resources will reveal how big a slice its shareholders are able to take of its Uranium spin-off, U308, next week. The talk is Giralia will issue 25 Million shares but only offer five-million to the masses. The other 20 Million will be reserved for Giralia shareholders. With recent uranium floats massively oversubscribed, the action in Giralia is expected to heat up. Giralia was unchanged at 28.5c.'

    :-END QUOTE.

wrxsti comment:- This is huge news for Giralia holders.
The recent Giralia 'iron-ore' spin-off for what is now Red Hill Iron (RHI) saw (GIR) holders recieve free in-speccie (.20c) shares in the RHI float and they opened at .40c - .50c levels and are holding firm because the stock is tight as a fishes ****, and they have very sound projects already on the go.
Also, the recent 'PacMag' (PMH) merger with Giralia's Copper portfolio, and subsequent rights issue saw GIR holders allocated free in-speccie PMH shares that have now increased to .30c levels, also tightly held, and are holding.
And Giralia (the Company) still holds/retains significant shares in both PMH and RHI, along with Board representation on both company's.
So drawing a line through those recent events, the U308 spin-off with such a limited, and sought after amount of shares out there available, will guarantee potentially huge short and/or long term gains for existing GIR holders (who obviously will get in on the free in-speccie distribution of U308 shares on the imminent float).
Combine all that with the remaining strength and potential of Giralia's other significant tenements and holdings, including Gold, which will still include the 2,000km x 2,000km 'Beverley/Lake Frome' Uranium/Gold/Copper tenement currently being drilled by Joint Venture partner Heathgate/Quasar (which has already reported significant Uranium intercepts in grounds suitable for immediate start-up ISL method uranium extraction by way of existing Beverley mine extension plans already underway), and it becomes quite clear that this stock is just starting to emerge as something with great potential, and will be in the moving lane at a rapid pace before too much longer. Very similar story line to AGS next door and market cap potential seems greatly undervalued when compared accordingly.
Suggest in-depth analysis and research history points to Giralia emerging as a serious contender, and possible/likely money tree for holders in the short to long term ahead.
    I do hold.
