Have been thinking exactly the same thing Pilatus & will be running it by my solicitor about it early next week when I see him about some other stuff he is currently doing for me.

Also 100% agree with Whippet....what guarantee is there that she isn't going to dump her shares to pay back what she owes and in the process decimate the share price...she has been caught out doing something that requires the remedial action of paying money back so she should hand back the shares she got for Free and the company should do a buy back of whatever shares she holds after giving the Free shares back. The buyback of the balance of the shares should be at what they closed at before the current suspension and not what she paid for them.
