Fellow Holders,

I sent the following last Thursday (23rd) through the Legacy website. I have not had a response, nor did I expect one. I'm only a small holder and certainly no expert when it comes to trading. I'd like to put in a complaint to ASIC but no too sure on what angle to take. There's been zero progress on all the promises over the last 4 years but if they haven't broken the law (that we can prove anyway) I'm wondering if it would be just a waste of time. Any tips on how to approach would be greatly appreciated.

I am a holder of LCY stock and seeking an update on the suspension of trade status. Last announcement stated that LCY were aiming to have trading commence some time during the week commencing 13th October. That week has well and truly passed yet no update to holders/market at large. I have held stock for the last 4 years so I have seen all the broken promises. I can't see how a company with few employees and not currently in production can have such a delay on accounts. I am requesting an update on the delay to lift the suspension of trade.

I think the behaviour of Legacy Iron Ore towards it's holders in the past 4 years is nothing short of deplorable and I know many holders are looking to expose this. Short of getting an update within two business days I too will lodging a complaint with ASIC.

You have our money and we deserve an explanation. We don't want ambiguity, we want the truth. There is a difference between breaking the law and behaving ethically and I honestly don't know how anyone taking a salary from LCY can sleep at night given not one single promise or forecast to holders has come to fruition.

Again, I am requesting a 'please explain' on the current status and why there has been no tangible information keeping the market informed.

I will also divert your attention to LCY's corporate governance statement and LCY is clearly not acting in accordance with its Ethical Standards and Communication to Shareholders aspects of it's own charter. I ask that you reflect on the Corporate Governance Charter prior to responding.
