Tellyros and I had a different result. All I could find was that the IPO would raise 5 million pounds and end up being 16% of European Lithium so I worked out my calculations as follows:

5 million pounds is equal to 16% of the company. That means that each 1 % of the raising = 312,500 pounds. ( 5 million / 16)

As they have sold off 16 % of the company the remaining 84% is still held by the same companies and therefore the 35% that CFE hold now becomes 29.4% and the other holders current holding drops to 54.6%. 29.4 plus 54.6 = the 84%.

As 1 % = 312,500 pounds CFE's 29.4% = 9,187,500 pounds or AU$16,893,994 at todays exchange rate.

If they sell the 16% and the SP goes up on AIM listing CFE's holding will be looking good.

Figures come from the Fox Davies IPO document in relation to European Lithium. Surprised that no ASX release on this.
