i think it is plan B.
drill a lot of cheap wells, and generate short term revenue streams from them all.

I dont think they are finished with the horizontal, they just dont have the cash.

Reminder to self...we have wise heads controlling Strata, they are not going to make irrational decisions. Ron and Tim will get us to the holy grail, with minimal dillution.
