Remember last years AGM. Nothing about a capital raising. It was announced the next day, from memory.
Don't expect the management to be up-front about anything, they never have done before, in fact most that has been reported ends up being dribble. Sorry for the cynicism, and cold water, but keep you expectations tempered.
