    Rockeby Biomed Ltd. (RBY AU) surged 0.4 cent, or 11 percent, to 4 cents. The Perth-based biotechnology company said it agreed to supply its bird flu test to Turkish Poultry Industry, which represents 90 percent of the industry in the nation.
