I totally agree with your comment on infrastructure having to be put in place soon.
As I said in a post above if by some strange turn of events they decided to get moving on Mt Bevan & pushed the Go button immediately then maybe we could expect it to be operational in probably closer to 2 years than 1 year.
So the thing that has me wondering is that if it isn't Mt Bevan that he reckons they can get going in that time what is it that he is referring to???
