I am out of this stock, having tried to convince people of the poor management decisions, it was a history of really bad business calls. If common sense had been engaged, the dilutions would be much less and/or the cash balance would have been substantial. Sometimes we need to look at what could have been, if only led well.
I was a small investor in Nexus Energy, just a few thousand shares. But I did put up a fight at the last AGM telling other shareholders what was going on. The words fell on deaf ears, just as my words have done with OEX.
Good luck, I don't want anyone to lose money, so be careful here. I will look in occasionally to see if there's any advice that may benefit shareholders. take it or leave it, up to you. don't complain that you were not warned. For all SH, I hope I am very wrong for your sakes.
