Recently run on Biotech stock has a bit of hype to it. Be careful as many on the technology has been trial and fail. Stem cells has great promise but is still a lot of hurdles. Nature process is not as simple as injecting the cells and it will regenerate the exact same tissue that we want. Stem cells required the right environment otherwise it won't generate the correct tissues. In diseases conditions these environment may not be optimal conditions for stem cell to grow into tissues.
