    Seems like the packer didn't seal properly or the tool got blocked up, in short they can do a re-run (ie trip back in with a new packer etc etc) & try again. The driller should have flushed the borehole, prior to conducting a O/H DST to avoid these dramas, just adds another day's expenditure to the budget.
