spp limited to only 1m shares- as i said in the earlier post, I do not like the issue, the timing or the way it was done - they would have got support from shareholders if they went to a rights issue - no need for placement -we have just been diluted for very little reason - I guess Neustadt is doing a good job overall, even if they shafted us holders a little here
they would have been able to get the issue away at $1.80 if they just waited a little
