Yep I agree with both you Bugs & Whippet.
I have been saying all along that they have got to do something to either encourage holders to convert the LCYR's or get the share price to a level where they are a saleable item to new people who will convert them.
Surely they couldn't be stupid enough to be doing this fundraising with nothing to back it up and only to see it fail.
