I'm not sure but the UST Global plan is to partner xTV to bring the Media as a Service (MaaS) to large US companies. UST are obviously a large and clever organization and IMO wouldn't be putting this level of funding and effort into developing the commercialisation of xTV if it wasn't a viable and potentially successful commercial project.

Also of interest is the fact that the performance rights for xTV directors after the completion of the IZM takeover are based upon earnings and impressive SP performance within a two year period!
