The large hitters keep a lid on because they want to accumulate. Is there any evidence of accumulation? Not that I am aware of, but I will take advice on that. The reason, imo, is one of trust or the lack thereof. this stock should be at 25 cents by now and a slow and painful clean up and test will make this even more painful. Woeful management is the only rational explanation. 5 months to do 6 weeks work and 40% over budget. frustration is too weak a description of how we should feel as owners of this company.
