Good read rocket, and I totally agree with where you're coming from. But I think as soon IRL are granted the mining licence the share price will increase. Although it's been very quiet, I do believe the market understands the importance of this license. The T/O would happen very quickly if that's how they went about it, but I can't see it being a bad thing for investors with their foot in the door already IMO.
It would be great to hear an update in the not so distant future, but judging by how long things have taken thus far, we still could be waiting a bit longer.
