What policing or monitoring has been stopped? Didn't even know there was any. The whole system is a shambles. Needs to be scrapped and redrawn. In the end it's pretty simple. If someone offers you something too good to be true investment-wise, it probably is. Follow that golden rule and you stay out of trouble.
