Oscarone, have you withdrawn any funds from TD?

From what I can gather the account can be GBP denominated with TD, but how do you plan or did you get your GBP eventually back into AUD...? Or do you just wear the ~2% fx?

I'm going to see if I can transfer from a TD account to Interactive Brokers and get away with >0.1%
Not sure if it is worth the effort though

Did it take you long to liquidate the certificates and get them into TD?

This has been one big learning experience, big lesson is never vote for a demerger where you get overseas certs in a market that is not easily accessible to foreign residents....
