From what I believe, If its issuer sponsored then no broker needs to get involved, if its CHESS sponsored then the broker should only be charging an admin fee, as there is no sale or purchase of shares, just an off market transfer.
A bit of movement today, not much value, but nice little lift in SP....... Maybe someone knows something??
