Yesterday we had solar panels installed.
Western Power then came out to i guess to do a final check.????
When he was doing this he cracked the backing board which the meter is attached.
His concern is the backing board could be asbestos,which i is not.
Western Power said it will need to be replaced,which they will do at no charge,but at the same time will replace my old meter with a new digital meter.
I told western Power i do not want a smart meter,i was told it would be a digital meter not a smart meter.?
If anyone in the know,should i retain my old meter.?
