    I may be confused but why is there a one cent premium to sell today and avoid the mess with CK consortium and Takeover Panel? Is there a possibility that APA will come back? Wouldn't they have done that by now? I think the market has priced a very slim chance of this as the premium to the $1.32+$0.035 has decreased over time. I appreciate your insights.
