I think there is a logical flaw in your calcs. I don't think you can add in the shares that TBR and RND own in the other's company in the way you have. Your figures show a combined share (of the total value of the $305M NPV) to RND+TBR of $194M ($66M + $128M) which is circa 64% of your calculated total NPV of $305M. How can this be when RND/TBR only have a cumulative total of 49% of the JV?
