My guess is that if you still held after the infamous ann on the morning of the 11/4/2014 that had the title "Oakajee funding Secured" and you then sold before it went into the trading halt that same afternoon then you have a claim.
If however you sold before the "Oakajee funding Secured" ann then I doubt you have a claim.
Suggest you contact the solicitors running the case to be sure.
