Tacit admission by ELK management that they have failed. The CR is also failing.
As I posted: they need funds and don't have them.
And sorry, but DNR is not over a barrel, ELK is. The amount DNR has invested in Grieve is peanuts to them about 1% of market value.
All buyers know that ELK needs funds and will lowball any offers.
