    I don't believe that OBL will let Backreef off the hook. If Buru want in, OBL will make them pay a price, say 5% extra equity? Provided of course that no external party lobs in a higher bid. OBL may use the opportunity to try and improve their situation, I bet they wish they hadn't sold 25% to OXX.
