I have no interest at all, but I think you need to realise that some of you are skipping a logical step in your valuation.

The NSE deal was over 3 or 4 years (time value of money), and also includes quite a bit of "option value" to NSE. NSE can obviously decide not to spend the cash, based on future information that comes to light.

I honestly don't know what AQO is worth - so not saying it isn't worth more or less than what DLS is paying.
