i called company around the time of the sale and was told they went to a group of investors, none holding more than 5%
the sale from SFR at 1.05c was done via etrade
worth noting that there's a cap raise resolution at no less than 1.2c (cash backing) for $2m within 3 months of GM, not sure if there's anything lined up or if the facility will get used
