I wonder if there is a large vote against the remuneration report coming as an attempt to put the wind up the board as a result of this merger . With Marais speaking for approximately 20% there could be a very good chance of the remuneration report being voted down as you only need 25% of the votes to succeed

I am not sure how the 2 strike rule applies when a company gets 2 strikes in three years, I suspect it needs 2 consecutive years, however, Roc got a first strike at the 2012 AGM.

To be calling shareholder regarding their voting intentions at the AGM, something has got them spooked..... there is more to this than meets the eye IMO
