re: map 2006 no chance of 400 In 1985 macquarie bank filed for registration to operate as a merchant bank in Australia. In March 1986 they were ganted this license and opened their first branch in Martin Place Sydney with just three motivated staff. Things were going great then they borrowed heaps of cash and set up a unit trust fund to buy airports around the world starting with Sydney and it was fuct, the end.
