He is putting out complete 'spin' with such statements, exactly like politicians' advisors would write out for them when they're on the back-foot...
No, he must put out frequent (daily/bi-weekly) update reports at this point in time.
Enough money for 2014 ? Not good enough..to be a 'going concern' they cannot wait for that money to run out before looking for more.
