I'm thinking that there has to be a twist to all this.

By now ASIC would have been through all their paper work. And they may have been satisfied?

So I'm thinking that they may of had their funding, but either due to media / some one telling them to pull out of this deal ? Who knows. Time will tell.

Also, I could not imagine PDY going into admin. mainly cause, 2 of the 3 directors are the top two holders.
