From reading your post it sounds like you have first hand knowledge of drink marketing in Indon? As I understand, but never been there, Coke success there is largely due to CCL strategy of placing the product in refrigerated vending cabinets... and many people not necessarily having refrigeration at their dwelling.? Does that sound right to you?
Just developing some thoughts I have re CCL.
