Hi Huey,
I am not totally up with currency versus currency but having run avery successful business for many years the fundamentals of that business are no different to TSE.
(1)nothing wrong with debt as long as it can be serviced
(2) Debt to equity must be balanced
(3) Eventually it must be payed off or re-negotiated
TSE seem to be having problems in these departments IMO
