What you say is true...the sellers have all dried up, and that is a promising sign.
But given that COZ is a fairly illiquid stock, it can be a bit of a circular argument.
On the Wednesday, the share price jumped up from 0.064 to 0.070... on the Thursday from 0.070 to 0.080. On the Thursday, the volume was pretty light. On Wednesday it was more significant -about 50k worth of shares changed hands- though I got a sense it was largely just one buyer behind the move.
So the spike in the share price over the past week will probably turn out to be just a short term...well, spike.
My feeling is it will struggle to break the 0.100 barrier in the near future. That said, I'm happy to be proven wrong.
