The Director's Interest notice is now out and shows that Bruce Mathieson controls 71M shares (11.5%), Scott Perrin has 62M shares (10%) and Permat (owned by Mathieson and Perrin) has 62M shares (10%). So these two gentlemen now control WDR with over 31.5% of the shares on issue. Of the other directors only Phil Lockyer took up all of his entitlement and now has 2.8M shares. Graham Bubner only took up 100,000 of his 1.42M rights. Also of greater interest is that Ric Allert and Norm Gardner did not take up any of their entitlements. It is a bit surprising that the Chairman and Managing Director did not support the rights issue.
