how strong is it regarding MOUs. Its mentioned that Kim and Neil are good litigants, but we must also assume BOPL and BRU are no idiots when they executed their own MOUs. bRU is still showing derby on their map.

now BOPL does not appear to play ball. BOPL must know they have some cards on their sleeves to be that confident.

even if they are wrong, we still have to go to court again and have this drag out for a while, then wet season etc etc.

more money going to lawyers and administration for very little results.

also I doubt the majors are interested in derby until after at least a. Drill result is in hand. They may want to show interests but I doubt its any than that.

people should leave the free carry by majors speculation till we have something solid to negotiate with. Majors are simply not interested in hype.
