if i recall in the original momentum to sell, Goldman had a buyer lined up just before the GFC, when they had to entertain a second looker.
A few days later the GFC hit, gas prices fell and the deal was dead.
So any gas we get will be great, but if it does enough to pay the expenses and prove further reserves, fantastic.
Yeah, dont muck around this time. Sell the assets and return to shareholders.
Not sure what the total dilution will be, but sale value/ FD = SP, would be the way to value this, not on gas sales earnings.
Resurrection coming.
