re: Ann: David Jones Board Recommends A$4.00 ... sandybeachs - that was one of the thoughts that crossed my mind/ Sell up and lease back on a long term lease with good yield.
Another thought was that maybe they will some day split the property portfolio into it's own listed vehicle. Much like BWP.
