couple of points to be addressed

why do "we" need cash:
simple- sales profit do not cover overheads/all expenses and according to Frank/Richard we need more equipment/inventory/tweak the factory/pay a new bigger sales team

and if you read the FY year report you see to gory detail of how much money is needed

Pat "parachuting" - ex director sold 16 mill - still holds ~ 100 mill shares:
so what - maybe he had bills to pay? same "shock horror" happened when Bill sold down his holdings in NST by almost 50% - still going strong

why don't we charge more for the product? my guess is that wouldn't be supported by market at this stage - ask Frank to verify

I think most of the info is "visible" for those you can and will red FY reports and Q reports - so I think you need to decide if it is worth the "gamble" /suits your risk profile

Last post for quite some time - get the impression that HC has just become a venting tool for people dissatisfied with how the share market operates . Very little actual research being shared.
