Yes true it assumes 100% debt. If I bend the numbers a bit though and say they will use $10m of existing cash on hand and raise $24m of new debt and $24m of new equity, and they can get the raising away at $1, you can still get to $1.50 per share.
Anyway you're right the market has been slow here
